Yes!! So pleased the site is back up :) so I'm away this weekend so here are my recordings for this week :) I have worked really hard on them so please listen right the way through and I love to hear comments positive or negative from anyone! Thanks good luck everyone.

Ladies first - I've done Angel by Sarah Mclachlan. I chose this song as I have loved singing this song for a couple of years now and knew I could emotionally connect and show a softer side to my voice. I hope you like it.

it's tempting to move the deadline to Wednesday, but I know with last minute recordings, sunday is a better day for that.

I've recorded both my songs but I'm REALLY not happy with the 'male' one and have requested to be allowed to re-record it. Unfortunately I can't until about 2:30am EST.

I feel I have had my strongest week yet. I thoroughly enjoyed working with some of the mentors and having helpful feedback.

Originally I was going to sing "Come Home" by Onerepublic but this song speaks to me and means a lot more to me. I felt I had a good connection to it and that I was able to showcase a song that is more fitting for my voice. I tried to give all the soul I could and I hope you enjoy it!

This is the performance I was most proud of. I feel this is my strongest performance of the season. I put all the emotion I had into it, performance wise I was able to sing with dynamics and good annunciation, and lastly I was able to make it my own and my voice never has been as full and rich sounding than it does in the chorus. I am so so so happy with this and I hope you love it.

I'm decently confident in this week.

Honestly, this is a funny story. My sister has been complaining about me singing. I decided to sing this on a whim (thank god it turned out alright). I'm currently told not to sing anymore because she's trying to "sleep". So this is what I got in. I had originally planned on "Love The Way You Lie" by Skylar Grey... but oh well.
