After the betting is over, the second community card is revealed, and a second round of betting commences. Players who folded in the first round of betting cannot bet in the second round. When the second round of betting is over, the remaining player cards are revealed.
The players want to get the best hand using the two community cards. They can win in one of the following four ways:
1. Three of a Kind: Your card and BOTH community cards on the card are all the same number. This is the best hand.
2. Straight: Your card and BOTH community cards create a set of the adjacent numbers (i.e., 5, 6 and 7). Loses to a Three of a Kind. 10 and 1 are considered adjacent numbers (so you can have 9, 10, 1), but hands with the highest sum still have more favour.
3. Pair: Your card and ONE of the community cards are the same number. Loses to a Straight or a Three of a Kind.
4. Highest number: There are no sets with the community cards, but yours is higher than your opponents.
If players manage to get the same level of hand, then the win goes to the hand with the highest set or straight.
If the showdown results in a tie, then the pot is set aside and we continue with the next hand, except with no ante. The player who wins that hand will take all of the Garnets bet in that hand AND the previous hand.
