There are two schools of thought on that. Do you pair up with people in hopes that they will share their power with you? Or do you view them as a threat which needs to get out? To me, I feel it's more beneficial to try to keep powers in the game right now. Our tribe is down in numbers and if things don't turn around we'll be in a bad position at merge.
