I'm a big fan of 80's slashers, and one of my favourites is Chopping Mall. Sure, it's a cheesy movie, but I feel like its soundtrack encapsulates that era of slashers well. While only being an instrumental, it's spooky and has a clear Halloween identity!

This week my submission is from the iconic Elite soundtrack and is the song played for the Season 1 trailer. It’s a bop. But I also can totally see it being used for a horror movie as it just has that dark edge to it!
