Anyone else get nasal allergy symptoms

imagewhen they eat dairy? If i eat dairy like 3 days in a row ill start waking up and immediately start sneezing and my nose will run for half the day.

i thought i was allergic to pollen or dust and shit during highschool when id drink milk every morning and when i finally found the CULPRIT it was a mindblowing discovery

honestly i have this every morning where i have sneeze spells and a stuffy nose and i thought it was just dust built up in the fan by my bed or just pollen in general.
maybe its time to get it checked out...?

fighterman stop eating ANY dairy for a week and it might stop! thats what happened to me lol
