ive been putting off starting the naturalization process for so long since it costs like 600 dollars to mail the application and my green card expires in like a year and 10 months or so, so now that needs to be addressed soon too.
after looking up the price to renew the greencard i have now seen that it costs 550 dollars to renew... i waited this long to not become a citizen for NOTHING. I have also been informed that the citizenship takes over a year to process and sometimes upwards of 2 years instead of the advertised 6 months (or shorter in the case of my mom).
aka i am now faced with having to pay the huge ass fee TWICE ugh yes
