How is the HoH and PoV decided in Rookies? I'm joining one very soon!

HoH is given to the most active player for the previous day, and PoV is given at random nowadays

HoH:First one is decided random and then from there and on it's the most active
PoV:Starts on day 2 and is decided randomly betwwen the top 3 participants
