He swears in front of me and says horrible things. I mean, I don't even care but I hate how he doesn't respect me and he thinks he can just say it and get away with it around me. I'd gladly punch him, but I mean he's 8 years younger than me (I'm 14, he's 6) and it would just cause more problems with my mom

He's 6 so you should tell him the consequences of his actions.
Eg. Swearing can get you arrested. Obviously don't explain that it's swearing at the police, but stuff like that. Show him a news article that supports it and...could work? XD I don't have younger siblings. XD
I'm going to tell him that if he doesn't stop swearing the FedEx is going to take him back to his real family (because he is actually adopted) do you think that would work? yoshitomi
