I might have mentioned this before, but I firmly believe that capital punishment should and likely will be abolished globally. Anyone who subscribes to the “an eye for an eye” mentality is a moron and essentially advocates for ongoing violence.

zachbbs Russia doesn't carry out capital punishment, I don't condone the practices of countries like North Korea and China in this regard. I refuse to blindly endorse any policy that involves something as abhorrent as capital punishment, regardless of where it's implemented.
