It isn't in the rules and u know that! But really, do you have to have a charity that doesn't guarantee you first for a level that can be easily earned, and do this all while pissing people like me off?

broniak but in a rookiee charity it doesnt guarentee u first. Cause algo decideds the F3. So its possible not to get 1st in a rookies charity
