I'm a career org player and retired over a year ago before joining this site this month and in the orgs I played I played much like Russell h from survivor. But you don't have to be a lying scheming bastard to win. Intact 99 percent of the time you won't win that way unless you're active in castings. But you can be loyal and decent to people and do better and win so over my career in these games I think I've grown up and learned a lot now that I see myself doing well and no one hating my country ass after the fact. So to all you people coming into the org world you don't have to be a Dick head. Just be yourself and make good friends in the games you play and you'll be skate.
