I was just wondering, does the eliminated person's votes count in a Stars game? eg, Mandy and Rob are nommed against each other on day 3: Mandy gets eliminated. Do her nominations still count, or are they void due to her elimination?
I heard a new Algorithm was installed, but I didn't know what the changes were, so if this has been posted already, sorry.
Before this new algo was installed, the most active person won HoH in Rookies games other than Day 1 which was random.
However in my current Rookies game, the most active people haven't won HoH on either Day 2 or Day 3, and lost out to less active people (no offence Unnamed and Bubbly, I hope this doesn't shoot me in the foot :D).
The algo nomination does appear to actually be the least active person, though :o I don't know if the veto conditions have changed.
I was wondering if this means HoH is random between those who are safe now?
And, any other thoughts or answers about the new algorithm would be appreciated. :D
Although I'm quite tired, I wanted to make a blog about my recent games.
I completed two Rookies games earlier, in which I came third in both (Congratulations to NoelSarah and Emmaleigh who won). I did so having never won HoH, which is not bad in itself.
Both games were interesting in their own way. I believe I was honest in both games :)
It's quite funny that, after a whole week, you are still left with half the people in the game!
#7654 had quite a bit of drama early on, which started things off on a low note, however later on this cleared up and the game ended on a good note! I was surprised to make the final, because I was nominated after the first day, however I survived and went the whole distance.
#7653 was a pleasant game, although timezones meant I often missed the more interesting late night (US time) chats and thus put me at a disadvantage :)
Everyone in this game was new to me, so I'm happy I met some new people and I hope we meet again.
I would also like to say that... even when it's tough, it is just a game. Don't take what other people say to heart "too" much. And, you're not out until you're out. And, veto is a precious and powerful thing! Use it well ;)
What is my biggest point to improve? To be consistently active throughout the whole game. :)
On another note, I have also purchased Orange colour level, hence the somewhat strange mention in the title!
It was a really cool game (7609), and I could chat to pretty much everyone, there was no bad air. I wouldn't have been sad to come third, though, the win was a pleasant surprise.
I have to thank everyone who saved me from the first eviction when I joined last, or I suppose I would be at the opposite end of the table at 20th :o
There was no drama whatsoever, which was also very cool :P
