Alan had been in prison a long time, and when i say long i actually mean 19 years, he had been convicted for a crime he had not committed back in 1809 and was sentenced to life imprisoment with no chance of parole.
Prison for alan had become a way of life, he had a job he had made "friends" and he was liked by the officers.
Alans job was not the nicest of jobs he was responsible for taking the dead bodies of prisoners who had died down to the morgue where they were then taken outside and buried on the otherside of the wall. the wall that seperated freedom from prison.
But Alan did his job none the less,
Frank the morgue worker was a close friend of alans and 1 day when alan was taking down a body that had been severely brutalised by another inmate frank said to alan as they hoisted the body into the coffin why dont u jump in with him and I will dig you up when its safe, well alan just laughed and headed back to his cell but the more he thought about it the more it started to sound possible..
So the next day He went down to the morgue and he said to frank "im going to do it" frank was astounded at first but they started to talk about it and it seemed possible... so they arranged that the next body that was to be taken out alan would get in the coffin as well and it needed to be a tuesday because Frank was allowed out on wednesdays for Good behaviour...
Unfortunately for alan 2 years went past without a body needing to go down which was a record for the prison...but then on a tuesday morning a guard came to alans cell and said ur needed down in the morgue ur helping old frank out with his coffin....Alan grabbed his lighter and ran down to the morgue frank was not there so he presumed he was on his way...he seen the coffin and decided to jump in now while there was no guards so he removed the lid and slid in not daring to look at the dead body he was going to have to lie beside for the next 24 hours...
He Knew Frank would know he was in there once they launched a search for a missing prisoner so he was not worried about not having told Frank he was in there...
He felt the coffin being lifted and taken outside he heard the dirt going on top of the coffin and then he heard silence...
As he lay there the prospect of lying beside a dead body was starting to nag at him so he kept telling himself its ok its only 24 hours then frank will get me....he could smell the smell of dead flesh beside him and then he thought to himself i wonder who it is thats dead they didnt make an announcement at breakfast so he decided to look at the body.....
As he flicked his lighter on and moved it up to the corpses face all Alan could think when the light shone on that old face was "Frank"!!!
well she is also a newbie...newer than me and she is defo quite the bitch....and im not slabbering about her because she calls herself one!!! i dont understand why people would down grade themselves like this at all but sure each to their own!!!
