johneh has said randomize has said he was for the idea of not having moderation.
I can tell you right now randos number 1 priority is the security on this site. protecting the site and the players on the site from potential twats who like to troll and cheat and do all sorts. he is working on this. give it some time and u shall see.
Thank you very much for your very detailed email. It means a lot to me to know that there're people like you that cares about Tengaged so much, and even besides my lack of dedication during last years, you're still making the great effort to find out new ideas and suggestion to improve the site.

I'm still finishing some other stuff not related to the site, but I will very soon dedicate more time to Tengaged (I think I've been saying this since long time ago, but I have the feeling that now is going to be different).
Related to some of the things you comment:
- What do you think about an unmoderated Tengaged?, Maybe just some social moderation (i.e. top tengagers can remove posts/comments).
