Katz is the most recurring villain in the cartoon Courage the Cowardly Dog. He is Courage's arch-nemesis and the show's primary antagonist.
He is athletic, knowledgeable, "handsome", and more sly than Courage. However, Katz is cruel and rude. Some of his goals are
Destroy Courage
feeding humans to his vicious spider pets at his motel daily (almost sucessfully)
2-Freaky Fred-is a mentally ill, but suprisingly harmless (and perhaps the most sane villain in Courage the Cowardly Dog, though this isn't saying much) barber who's entire goal of visiting the Nowhere home, other than seeing his dear aunt Muriel and her grumpy husband Eustace, is to shave the dog.
3-Le Quack: was a reccuring villain in Courage the Cowardly Dog. As a French duck, he served as a con artist in most episodes and often bamboozled the Bagge family.
"You haven't seen the last of Le Quack."
—Le Quack
4-Mad Dog: Mad Dog is a vicious gangster who is the pimp of both Kitty and Bunny and the main antagonist of the episode "The Mask" in Courage the Cowardly Dog.
5-King Ramses: the ghost of an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh and the main antagonist of the episode "King Ramses' Curse" of Courage the Cowardly Dog. He brings about three plagues on the Bagge family in order to retrieve an ancient slab that was stolen from his tomb. Eustace, realizing that the the stone tablet is worth a huge amount of cash, refuses to give it back despite being plagued by the mummy's curse.
