how do you know an hoh nominated you as opposed to algo? #rookies

I was told Veto is randomly given to one of the top 3 active people the day before that is not the HoH. Typically you can tell who is more active between nominees, and you will have other clues like who the Shoah said the were gonna nom before D/C, and etc.
that's interesting...in my game the hoh didn't mention who they would nominate - i can't even tell from reactions. if there is literally no other way to tell than this is such a huge flaw in the game!!! thanks Supahhero
