Soo....woke up at 4:00am this morning to my brother's raging profanities. I stepped out of bed to see what was going on, only to find that my feet were 2 inches underwater. Out entire apartment was flooded. We are trying to sweep the excess water out our front door. Water is currently flowing out of our sliding glass door, and leaking over the balcony.
