I just stopped crossfit last month, thinking I could work out on my own and keep seeing results, but I have simply been too lazy. Thank you for the motivation :)
omg i love that!!! yessss i started doing workouts at home for a few months late 2022 and i did similar to the above but way less sets hahaha i used to do like 4-5 workouts a week and theres heapppps of vids on youtube i used to use!!! i used to do a day for each: lower body, upper body, abs, HIIT and then my 5th id do a pilates youtube workout!
