Ahri - let's give a ranged burst mage stupid mobility (not even target-based so she can just go wherever the fuck she wants) AND a charm, that's fun to play against
Gnar - I guess it really only bothers me when he has frozen mallet. Wins team fights and every 1v1 in mega, wins every 1v1 when mini because kiting is way too easy on him. Let's give him a jump, and a speed-up 3 hit passive (with absurd base AS). Feels so bad to play against
Ekko - Perfect waveclear with his q, point-and-click single-target burst with e, target-free and target based dashes, massive AOE stun which also gives a shield, a speed up 3 hit passive AND A FUCKING PANIC BUTTON? HE DOESN'T NEED ALL THAT
Tristana - the only way to possibly kill a tristana is if she's fucking terrible. Like it's fine that she's really safe or whatever but being so safe as a late game hypercarry is really annoying
Yasuo - obviously
Malzahar - the single most braindead champion in the entire game. I get that he doesn't have mobility but the fact that he has a spell shield all the time and a point-and-click suppression feels really bad to play against. Also if his jungler comes to his lane at all after level 6 youre dead and that's that on that
