Do people have to be so judgmental and say such hurtful things? My ALL time favorite country singer, Josh Gracin is dealing with depression right now. Yes he posted what seemed like a suicide note on Facebook, he ended up going to a hospital, was released and then yesterday there was an update from his manager, that said he was admitted to the hospital for observation. Then with family by his side was released from the hospital and voluntarily checked himself into an inpatient facility to seek the help he needs.
Then as I'm reading the comments, I see this one: "Bull shit. Cruel and selfish bluff for attention. After losing an amazing artist like Robin Williams last week.... that's the last thing this world needed a sick cry wolf letter on the Internet for all to panic over. If he really wanted to do that n NOT just receive attention, it would have been posted and immediately after he would have offed himself in whatever dramatic way he chose. He just needs to go away a bit for that...."
Like seriously, the guy is battling DEPRESSION and he does NOT need to see negative comments like that on his Facebook page and I hope he doesn't see that comment. Some people are so rude and judgemental.
Depression and mental illness is a SERIOUS thing and should not be taken lightly. IF someone is going through depression, listen to what they have to say, don't judge them....BE A FRIEND!
