i got scammed out of $634 USD ($700 CAD) today

i've been trying to find housing in st. john's and this dude from toronto made up a listing. Sent him first month's rent and the place doesn't even exist.

PureEssence it was a one bedroom flat in Georgetown (no roommates). Most one bedroom apartments have been like 800-900 CAD w/o utilities, so I thought I found a good deal.
