This is the first time I've heard that a MacBook is slow. This simply cannot happen. Contact the store where you bought it. I recently read about macos utilities, used https://setapp.com/app-reviews/macos-utilities for this. I thought that you could put the application on the laptop to understand what the problem is. This application would completely scan your MacBook and find the problem.
