We are deep in the vast jungles of Guatemala, surrounded by ruins that are literally thousands of years old. These ruins were built by the ancient Mayan civilization, a civilization that was once powerful and sophisticated. Now these ruins serves as a monument for these ancient people. Best known for their advanced celestial knowledge and ability to calculate time the Mayan culture thrived...and then, mysteriously, vanished... Now, these unique jungles are home of many species such as jaguars, venomous snakes, and crocodiles that lurk in every body of water. But, for the next thirty-nine days, this array of wildlife will be sharing these beautiful landscapes with sixteen Tengagers. These sixteen Tengagers have already been divided into two tribes, hiking to a destination unknown. They have no idea of the surprise that awaits them. It is the ultimate challenge, sixteen strangers forced to work together to create a new society while battling the elements and each other. They must learn to adapt or they will be eliminated from the tribe. In the end, only one will remain victorious!
