Death Penalty

Jun 4, 2015 by chhsfreshman2009
the system is broken. They're executing some people who are innocent or have a possibility of it. They have to be 100%

Troy Davis was a black man from Georgia who was charged with the murder of a cop in the 90s.  He was sentence to Death. HOWEVER, about 18 years later during his final chance to repeal the sentence all of the witnesses admitted that they were bribed or threatened by the police of that area to say that Troy Davis did it.  They then admitted that they saw who did it and it was NOT Troy Davis.  So that's causing a huge stir of things then the asshole judge refuses to repeal it (no doubt due to racism) and still says Troy is sentenced to death.   So people start going ape shit and protesting outside of the place and I would have protested out there as well but I was in high school and it was on a school night (this was 3 years ago I believe)

So then guess what those fuckers do... they wait until everyone goes home and goes to bed and they execute Troy Davis at like 2 a.m. trying to be super secret about it!

that shit still happens too, the wrong people die for something they weren't responsible for. Also some people who are killers who have only killed one person have to wait for like 20-30 years on death row and by the time they are executed they already feel truly remorsful and have apologized to the families.

HOWEVER, serial killers like James Holmes and the boston bomber Dzohkarh Tsalalalilinaernovanaynay or whatever his name is   SHOULD defiantly be executed. Because those fuccbois don't feel anything but joy about their deeds and they killed multiple people.

Personally I think those two should be Mussolini'd and hung upside down in the street and let the public do whatever the ywant to them.
