So last night I went to Knotts Scary Farm... alone due to my friend inviting me then telling me it was a work thing despite me already buying a ticket? But I can honestly say I had more fun than if I had gone with his group, some iconic things about going alone:
- Being a big guy, in a group usually other people get targeted by the monsters, but alone I felt like they interacted more with me. Also being along makes the experience more scary cause I usually don鈥檛 get scared in a group.
- On the Coast Rider Coaster the car I was in seemed unstable and the couple in front of me talked about it so we had a good laugh about falling off the ride LOL.
- As I was getting off Silver Bullet, a group in line started fighting and literally this one girl hard a pretty bloody face. Basically everyone who got off the ride was watching LOL.
- I got called out by a group of monsters for being alone LOL but I feel like at least one tried apologizing.
- During my second ride on Silver Bullet this couple decided to sit next to me instead of leaving a seat between us??? But the girl was funny, but she called me weird for giggling the entire ride lol.
- The mazes actually were pretty scary for me, the Shadow Lands and Paranormal Inc. were scary being alone and they actually get dark! Infection is fun since you get a gun.
I鈥檓 usually fine doing stuff alone but amusement parks is always something I felt kinda weird about alone and I probably wouldn鈥檛 do it again unless I really wanted to go and no one else wanted to, but this month has been rough on me so I think it ended up being a good mental health day for me :)
