I've decided to set a task for myself and stick to it. In the matter of 4/5 weeks i will be on a strict diet and push myself to STAY on it. This diet consists of:

- .5/1 hour exercise daily (ab workout and muscle toning)
- NO SOFT DRINK (Water only 2L a day)
- NO JUNK FOOD (deep fried food are a NO GO)
- No Carbs at night (pasta, potato, bread etc)
- Eat Fish and Red Meats 4 times a week
and for Belly Fat Loss, 1 Avocado per day and a serve of Yoghurt with Almonds

I'm starting something similar in a couple days but a little more than a half hour might be necessary. You also want to focus on different types of exercises daily, but mostly ones that will help you lose weight if that's your concern, like cardio. Doing ab workouts if your body hasn't lost the extra weight you want to get rid of in that specific area, won't show any results. You'll feel it, but won't see it.
Also, you'll want to overhaul your entire diet completely, not just 4 times a week. That's where your weight loss will come in. A lot of people don't realize that a 6-pack is not about how actually in shape you necessarily are, but about how much extra weight your body lacks. More or less, you've got to get yourself to very very very low body fat in order to get a six pack, so try to focus on areas other than ab workouts and no water (which are very good, but not the whole package!) gl!

But like others said, it's not just a FEW times a weeks that you need to eat healthy, it's ALL the time.. at every meal you take.
And do a lot of cardio to lose some fat, so we can see your abs better.
