After Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker in Los Angeles earlier this week, the NBA player filed his own divorce petition in Texas on Friday.
It seems the only logical reason for the filing is that Texas divorces can be handled sooner - about 60 days!
In the papers, Tony states the following reason for the divorce:
"The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.
Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate. Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties …"
This is gonna get ugly!
