He nominated Brett-Scottie because JC has been putting into Fessy’s ear that Scottie has been flirting with Haleigh, and Brett because of that one time him and Haleigh talked outside for 5 hours.

Both Brett and Scottie claimed to be the vote to evict Kaycee so he used that as his (stupid) excuse to put them both up, “to see who is lying”
