I first found this site in 2010 when I was 13 years old, I had always been a fan of survivor and had just gotten into big brother for the last 3-4 seasons. I always knew that I wanted to play big brother or some form of the game but I was too young and bbcan didn't even exist at that point. The closest thing I ever got to playing one of these games was when my 2 cousins, my brother and I would get together we would always play Big Brother, this wasn't enough though, there were only 4 of us so we didn't get to actually experience the game, we only played the part that only relied on comps. I'm not really sure what I was looking for when I found this site, I just knew I wanted to play some version of one of these games, I was actually expecting some video game version of big brother or survivor where all the other players are NPCs, instead I found Tengaged.
I very quickly learned to love this site and while I took short breaks from time to time I always came back. I played games on tengaged through the rest of high school and into college as well. I loved the fact that I could play these games that were exactly like the shows I grew up watching and I seemed to be pretty decent at them too. I played games basically every single day, it got to a point where I would choose playing a frookies over doing my school work, I was playing for most of my spare time on weekends, I would even avoid hanging out with friends so that I could come home and play a fake big brother game, there came a point in time about 4-5 years ago where I truly thought I might be somewhat addicted to these games, so I decided to hang up the apple and key for good and log out.
So you could be wondering why come back out of the blue 4 years later, you could also not be reading this anymore (more likely). I came back this past week to delete all my blogs, i'm 22 years old now and in one more year I'm going to be finished with school and am going to be a high school math teacher, in addition to that I am also applying to be on bbcan (I've applied 3 times while inactive on the site). I was 99% sure I had never said anything offensive on this site, but I couldn't take that risk, so I came back to delete all my old blog posts. I didn't want to put my future career in danger over something stupid I could have said almost 10 years ago, whether it be something found prior to getting a job or something that big brother fans could dig up someday if I make it on bbcan. I ended up deleting all my blogs (besides the ones that wouldn't delete but admin said they'd deal with that for me) and for the record after deleting 3000+ blogs, I found nothing wrong but it does make me feel better knowing that.
Now that they are all deleted i'm going to be heading off, I know that since i've been gone 4 years you may not all remember me, maybe this post will only end up with 11 pts or something but I just wanted to wish all of you the best of luck in everything you decide to do and I hope that you all have fantastic lives. I loved tengaged and have had so much fun on this site and i've met some great friends too. Don't bother DM'ing me because I will be logging off tonight for good, but if you want to contact me, feel free to comment on this blog, I may check it occasionally without logging in and you can find me on twitter with the same username. Maybe if I get on bbcan someday i'll come back and say hi (if tengaged doesn't hate my guts) but for now this is goodbye.
