1/4 teaspoon ground ginger   
1  tablespoon honey   
1  tablespoon apple cider vinegar   
2  tablespoons water
mix it all together and take a teaspoonful of it

adding extra honey keeps spices down

cut off 1/4 teaspoon of chyenne pepper but I use crushed red pepper!
