Is veto random between the top 3 people?! The veto should be given to the top player, tengaged has to many random shit, NOTHING should be random, HOH and POV should be given the the best, top players, not 3rd best or 2nd best.

Top player is usually HoH. However, veto has a random aspect, so people can't just spam for it, and control the whole game.
