Why Does everyone see a key and i dont??

imageI am looking at the comments in a casting and suddenly someone says "I got a key" Okay, i didnt click anything, why didnt the key show up on my comments?? how is this fair? It happened twice today. I would like some answers to my problem.

Only one person can get the key. After they click on the key it disappears for everyone else.
