But this time, high leveled Tengager people, remember all those poor Tengagers with pitiful colour levels this Christmas, and why not give them a chance to shine in Stars? :)

If Randomize starts the enrollments from orange level then it goes to white & from white back to BLACK then i think there can be 10 or more newbies in the game
and also from the time when it orange to white color level only players having orange - white color level can enroll in STARS
I'm playing next week, the only way I don't is if others beat me to it. Period. The idea failed last time, and it isn't going to work this time. Get over it, please.
