A TMI story that might cheer you up, is a few months ago I felt a bit unwell. I hand't vomited in about a decade, so thought nothing of it. I ate some chia seeds and let's just say, the calm decade ended. I now have a 2KG box of chia seeds, which I look at every day, which I am determined to cook with, but just can't bring myself to! Every time I look at them I feel a bit unsettled...
