This show, it's a show on Channel 4 in the UK. But I really think anyone who is either homosexual or an ally needs to watch it.

The insight into what it was like to be a gay man in the 80s is portrayed incredibly. Like you couldn鈥檛 even get a mortgage without being asked if you were a homosexual, and if you were you wouldn鈥檛 be considered? It鈥檚 crazy how times have changed and it鈥檚 made me realise this is why we need gay pride days... it鈥檚 more celebrating how far we have come. Just watch it. I really should have been more educated on what it was like in the 80s before now!! I did cry quite a lot though. 馃ズ
It really is a must watch. If anyone doesn't know it is about the AIDS crisis in the 80s and the significant impact it had on the gay male population. We are so so lucky these days, literally we do not understand what these people had to go through and where we are today as a society.
