i got a weird error that says i cannot unskeleton myself until a new design is gifted to me

can someone gift me something cute or get me in contact with IT tech support so i can report this very real bug that is not letting me not be a skeleton?

hello fetish i have tried many times every day and I get an error that says " ERROR: CANNOT UPDATE AVATAR UNTIL YOU ARE GIFTED SOMETHING CUTE"

it kinda sucks idk what to do anymore
