Apdevaqua is the tribe of water, it comes from the words Ap, Deva & Aqua. They are the kings of the oceans and sky apparently. Apdevaqua detected weakness in Hadagni and stole their title without cause or reason. They declare themselves the First Tribe of the Elements. Their numbers are abnormally larger after Dark matter was defeated by them. They are the only tribe to speak at Element Council and they declare themselves rulers of the Universe a couple of weeks ago. Some how they absorbed the power of weather even through Prithvaya owned half it. They switched the rival system and declared other two rivals and declare themselves an alpha tribe. Hadagni seems to be over arguing with Apdevaqua but no one knows where Prithvaya stands
