The 10 people vote on a chief
The Chief then puts up 2 people for Sacrifice
The Tribe then puts up 1 person for Sacrifice
The 3 nominees for Sacrifice then go to the end where they decide among themselves who should be sacrificed.
Then the process is repeated with a new chief & nominees
