Honestly College is just really hard, don't beat yourself up that you're not getting A's anymore.
It's really just all about passing in the end, just try to balance it out, I would say quit the job but you said you need the money, so I don't know what else to say :(.
I just started college myself and I'll say that the transition has been hard but I'm finally much more comfortable. I was a straight A student in high school as well so I completely relate to the whole of this. woah has made so many good suggestions. Don't give up on yourself. If you do stop taking classes for a period of time, it's most likely that it is because some other great opportunity will arise within the time that you do. So don't worry about it too much and do what you can. Don't overwhelm yourself or invalidate your own emotions. You feel what you feel and that's perfectly fine. Regardless, there is a light at the end of all of this shitstorm that you're going through.
We are literally going through the exact same thing rn especially since I am currently failing my chemistry class and haven't gotten the grades I've wanted in my other classes. I've already cried so many times this semester and just feel absolutely awful about myself because of it. But the one thing that still keeps me going is the future I imagine. All I say is keep your strength and hopes up, keep hustling in both school and your job, consider academic advisement help, and envision yourself coming out to success.
Don’t beat yourself up for feeling the way you feel. We all fail at things in life and the transition from highschool to adulthood is fucking hard.
