Don't eat processed foods.

Exercise...walking a mile or 2 works.

Expecting more?  Sugar is what makes you gain weight, so you cut that out you should be losing wait slowly but surely. If you want to get toned then you can run more and do pushups. I know I'm kinda late to this....but that's seriously the simplest way.

Edit: I'm not a nutritionist,  I just payed attention in my health class.
