He/Him is for anyone that identifies as such. So, in general, most men would probably use those pronouns :)

But of course, that's like not guaranteed as gender and pronouns are fluid.

Im 99% sure the people who post pronouns do it as in inclusivity thing, and not necessarily as an “im trans” thing.

Id say you’re ok for posting your pronouns if thats what you choose to do.
