Pizza question

So before I order pizza I just want to know has anyone ever tried cheese on top of the toppings unlike the traditional under the toppings? Is it good or is it blah? lol

I feel like some toppings are better under the cheese than over. If you’re doing pepperoni or something it’s gonna be soggy af if it’s under the cheese
