I just watched a 2014 Documentary on Amazon Prime called "That Sagar Film" that illustrated the detrimental effects and how much sagar we play group games with every day. Physically and mentally, it is reeeeeeeeaaaaally bad (particularly Fructose). I highly recommend this documentary!
I don't think I'll be able to cut it out entirely, but I'm going to do the best I can to eliminate it from my diet (and definitely not eat foods that have more than 5 grams of it).
