Some new people who moved into the apartment unit above me (a family, with kids), and since then it's been INCESSANT LIKE, STOMPING. OR JUMPING. LATE AT NIGHT.. I literally have a loud fan on as a noise blocker and I still hear it. It sounds like a stampede of horses and I'm like WTF, PLEASE MAKE THIS STOP??????????????

go tell them to stop!! jk you could try but idk how the parents would respond - a lot of parents are jerks and don’t teach their kids to be respectful towards others - although kids do like running around; hopefully it stops before 9pm at least?
