second casting game is off to a good start, did well enough on the first DOND challenge to not be nominated.
i'm hoping to get to play match three and WOF a couple more times during this game, though, cause i only got to play each game once last time.
and they both take some practice i think.
our second comp. was just match3, and i would say that i did just OK... since it's so early, it might be good enough :)
In the final five and the game's still going, but i'm defintely excited about how well it went. It was difficult because not only did I have to learn the format of the message-board style gameplay, but I also had no idea what I was getting into for each new game we had. Numbers screwed me up right away. WOF confused me cause it was timed. I understood Match Three, but I'm so used to the controls on Bejeweled, that it was difficult to do what I wanted the gems to do. DOND was the first game that we played (thankfully we had lots of inactives) otherwise I would have been nominated because I just played the game to the end because I wanted to know what was in my case.
The voting system also took some time to get used to. I'm glad I only got nominated once somehow. There is a bit of a learning curve to this game and it takes a while to figure things out. The other players in the game were pretty helpful in figuring things out. But, I still don't know exactly how the end of the game works. I'm thinking I'll just do what I've been doing the rest of the game, and figure it out as it happens.
