Julie Chen: Good envening I'm Julie Chen and welcome to Big Brother. Tonight 16 random strangers will begin their journey into the Big Brother where cameras and microphones will capture their every move. These houseguests have one goal in mind, the grand prize of $500,000. Let's meet the houseguests.
*houseguests walk on stage*
Julie Chen: Houseguests, in just a few moments you will enter the Big Brother house 4 at a time. Take a look around at your fellow housemates.
*houseguests look at each other
Julie Chen: One of these men or women may be your biggest ally in the game or they could stab you in the back. It is now time to enter the big Brother house. Take one last look at the outside world because this is the last you will see of it.
*houseguests look around*
Julie Chen: Ok I will now start calling people 4 at a time into the house. The first 4 people to enter the Big Brother house are: Sarah, Darrell, Laura, and Nate. Please enter the Big Brother house.
*Sarah, Darrell, Laura, and Nate pick up stuff and enter the house*
Sarah: Oh my gosh I can't believe I'm here. *screams*
Laura: This house is huge
Nate: This is so cool
Darrell: Wow this a dream come true *pulls Nate to side* I'm Darrell
Nate: I'm Nate
Darrell (DR): Before I entered the house I decided I wanted to form an alliance with whatever guy I walk into the house with so I decided to talk to Nate
Darrel *whispers*l: I think that it would be good to get a head start on everybody so what would you say to forming an alliance
Nate (DR): So, I haven't been in the house for 5 minutes yet and Darrell is all ready pulling me over and talking about an alliance I'll say yes but its defenitely not my only alliance I'll make or my most loyal move
Nate *whispers*: Yea, defenitely that can help both of us
Darrell (DR): Nate seeems smart and loyal and I can't wait to work with him
Laura (DR): So Nate and Darrell seem to have talked for a while since we got here and I suspect that they may be talking about an alliance, I'll keep that in mind
Julie Chen: The next for houseguests to enter the Big Brother house are: Roy, Matthew, Christina, and Mellissa. Please enter the Big Brother house
*Roy, Matthew, Christina and Mellissa pick up stuff and enter the house*
Matthew: *screams* Ahhh this is sooo exciting
Mellissa: This is a dream come true
Roy: Wooh lets go baby I'm here
Christina: Wow this is amazing

Julie Chen: The next 4 houseguests to enter will be Andrew, Kelly, Julie, and John. Please enter the Big Brother house
*Andrew, Kelly, Julie and John pick up stuff and enter the house*
John: Dear God thank you for this opportunity
Kelly: Ohhh this is so cute
Andrew: Ahhhhh let's go baby, I'm pumped
Julie: Im here and it's amazing
Julie Chen: Finally Zach, Kate, Carl and Janet you may enter the Big Brother house
*Zach, Kate, Carl, and Janet pick up stuff and enter the house*
Zach: The party is here everybody
Kate: The queen has arrived
Janet: Oh yeah this is going to be fun
Carl: I am finally here
*houseguests mingle*
John (DR): I'm not sure how I fet about one of the houseguests referring to herself as the queen
Janet (DR): Please, the queen, I can all ready tell I won't like her
Mellissa: Guys who wants to go to the living room and introduce ourselves
*houseguests enter the living room and sit down*
Kate: I'll go first, hey guys I'm Kate, I'm 29 years old and I'm a model and the queen
Carl (DR): I think we all knew off the bat she was a model
Zach (DR): Wow she is super hot no wonder she's a model
Mellissa (DR): All the guys are googly eyed over her but she's just cocky and she will probably be a target
Carl: I'm Carl, I'm 32 years old and I'm a zookeeper
Laura: Wow thats neat
Darrell (DR): Carl looks like the type of guy who does not care what anyone thinks
Janet: What's up guys, I'm Janet, I'm 31 years old and I'm a tattoo artist and I'm a lesbian so don't judge me for that
Matthew (DR): I think its brave of Janet to come out and not be afraid to tell the truth, someone I would defenitely want to work with
Roy: I'm Roy, I'm 37 years old and I'm a gourmet chef
Christina: So we know who's doing all the cooking, anyway I'm Christina, I'm 44 years old and I'm a hairdresser
Matthew: Hey guys, I'm Matthew, I'm 29 years old and I'm a real estate agent. I'm not afraid to admit that I'm gay
Mellissa (DR): Matthew seems sweet and nice of him to not be afraid to express his sexuality
Mellissa: Hey ya'll I'm Mellissa, I'm 34 years old and I'm a nurse
Darrell: Im Darrell, I'm 30 years old and I'm a personal trainer
Andrew (DR): This guy is jacked wow he's defeniely dangerous unless I can get him on my side
Sarah: I'm Sarah, I'm 22 years old and I'm a lifeguard
Nate: My name is Nate, I'm 21 years old and I am a chemical engineering student
Darrell (DR): so he is real smart, now I'm really glad I allied with him
Laura (DR): I think he's allied with Darrell so those 2 are on my radar
Laura: I'm Laura, I'm 23 years old and I'm a singer
John: My name is John, I'm 50 years old and I am a priest living in the name of God
Kelly: I'm Kelly, I am 31 years old and I am a flight attendant
Zach (DR): Kelly is a real good looking girl may have to go for her while I am here
Zach: I'm Zach, I'm 27 years old and I am a bartender and a party animal
Kelly (DR): Zach is pretty cool may want to learn more about him
Julie: My name is Julie, I'm 24 years old and I am a pre school teacher
Sarah: Awwww, oh sorry
Andrew: Anyway I am Andrew, I'm 33 years old and I am a stay at home dad
Andrew (DR): I don't want everybody knowing I'm a former marine because that could create a huge target on my back
Carl (DR): There is no way that guy is a stay at home dad he has the muscles to be in the CIA or something
Christina (DR): He is defenitely not a stay at home dad
Darrell (DR): I dont care what he is, I want towork with him and another strong houseguest
Julie Chen: Houseguests, it is now time for the first HOH competition of the summer everybody to the backyard
*houseguests go to backyard and it is a giant beach with sand castles circled in a carousel shaped form*
Julie Chen: Houseguests, this competition is called "A Day at the Beach" and here's how it works: each of you will stand on your sand castle and hold onto the bars as the sand casltes rotate in around and go up and down. The last houseguest remaining will be the new Head of Household. Everybody understand?
All: Yes
Julie Chen: Good because the competiton begins now
*sand castles start to rotate and houseguests hang on*
Darrell (DR): I am a competitor so I dont care if I would get blood on my hands I want this first HOH
Andrew (DR): I'm not sure if everybody believes I am just a stay at home dad so I need to win this HOH to ensure my safety
*Carl falls off*
Carl (DR): This competition wasn't going well for me so I just decided to drop
Kate (DR): I had a good feeling that guy would go first
*Christina and Julie fall off*
Carl: Good job guys
Julie: I didn't want the power so I threw it
*Laura, Kelly, and Nate fall off*
Laura (DR): I am really annoyed I fell off because I wanted the power in order to make allies
Nate (DR): Well let's just hope Darrell wins this and doesn't think I am weak because of this
Darrell (DR): My guess Nate just threw it he's smart he knows the taget it would put on him
*Janet and Matthew fall off*
Matthew (DR): The bar was starting to peel at my hand and give me blisters so I fell
Janet (DR): I can't believe I fell off before Kate the model uggh I would of liked the power
*Mellissa and Darrell fall off*
Darrell: crap (DR) damn i wanted this HOH because of my competitiveness dang I could have started this game well with that
Kelly: Good job guys keep holding on
*Sarah and Kate fell off*
Sarah (DR): I think I proved myself well in this competition
Kate (DR): I made it the gurthest of the girls, still the queen
Zach (DR): I'm still on and I'd love to win this HOH to have the power and to impress Kelly
*Zach and Roy falll off*
Zach (DR): well spoke too soon let's hope this doesnt hurt me
Roy (DR): I didn't want the power this early but I think I proved that I will be more than just the cook in the kitchen
Julie Chen: It's down to just John and Andrew for HOH
Andrew *whispers*: Hey John
John *whispers*: Yea
Andrew *whispers: If you drop and let me get HOH, I promise that you will not go on the block and that you and I can work together throughout the game
John (DR): So as I'm dangling Andrew makes me the offer off saftey and allies if I drop and let him win. He seems like a trustworthy guy as a stay at home dad so I think I can trust him
Andrew (DR): I am completely serious about this offer and hope John takes it
John *whispers*: You promsie
Andrew *whispers*: absolutely
Mellissa (DR): So I see the two guys talking up there and I know that it's a deal for someone to throw it, this happens all the time let's just hope it doesn't hurt me
*John drops*
Julie Chen: Congratulations Andrew you are the first HOH of the summer
Andrew: Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaa baby let's go
Andrew (DR): I am the HOH this week and I am very excited
Darrell (DR): Andrew is the HOH and I wanted to work with him from the begginng let's just see if he takes the offer
Julie Chen: With Andrew in power, who will he nominate for eviction, and who will win the Power of Veto find out next time on Big Brother
