1. I'm a business student who is constantly spreading himself thin but always makes time to see my friends!
2. I have been to 14 different European countries! My top three are England, Wales, and Croatia! However, every country I visited was absolutley breathtaking and I would recommend traveling to anyone and everyone.
3. When I was born, I had severly underdeveloped lungs and was attached to an oxygen tank via tubes the first 5 months of my life! Hazel Grace who????
4. At my university, I work as a student librarian! If you ever see me on TG late at night, it's because i'm working a shift at the library like I am rn. Yes sweatie, i am getting paid to type this blog
5. I have never once dranken any alcohol, smoked a cig, or done any drugs. It's not due to strict parents or religious reasons, I just am not interested in any of these things.
6. I play on the ultimate frisbee team at my university. Do i love it? half the time, the other half i hate it. Why am I still on the team? I would feel too guilty leaving.
7. While abroad, I planned, scheduled and hosted a 2 hour award show for 30 of my study abroad friends. I made surveys for everyone to suggest awards for everyone, made introductions to each award and gave them the best award show they'll ever attend.
8. When I was like 8 I was invited to Macy Gray's son's birthday party and got my picture taken with her. My parents were so excited i was not
9. I was supposed to do a service trip in Honduras this past spring break. However, the trip was canceled due to political unrest. To still provide assistance to the area we were meant to help, my friends and I started a fundraising campaign. In under a month we have raised over $1,400 and have 2 big fundraising events still to come. If you follow me on insta, you're in for a lot of advertising
10. I am going to El Salvador and Mexico on a different service trip. I am leaving on January 3rd, aka my 22nd birthday! The trip is helping people who are split apart due to immigration laws.
11. Something I value more than anything irl is spreading positivity and kindness. Not in a hippy way, but I fully believe that if we spread happiness and love to those around us, they will be positively impacted from it and so will you. I try to always look at the bright side of situations and cheer people up.
12. I am SUCH a mama's boy, i absolutely love my mom and appreciate everything she has ever done for me. Especially when I was younger and a handful.
13. Throughout my life I have suffered from social anxiety. Public speaking, going out, meeting new people, and even participating in class would make me honestly feel so uneasy, uncomfortable and, if extreme, nauseous. I really don't ever talk to my friends irl about it because it's something that has brought me down in life but now I'm conquering it! While in college I have become much more comfortable with being outgoing and have really seen myself grow as a person. I traveled across the ocean with 30 strangers and made strong relationships with all of them, I hosted an award show and I even give tours of my work to prospective students. I put this last because your weak point doesn't define you and you can defeat it :)

wannabeefriends it isn't for health reasons either. Some people don't drink coffee or eat chocolate, i don't drink alcohol. It's a choice I made for personal reasons, thank you though.
I do agree though that drinking must be fun at parties but I find it comforting to know that I will be sober to help my friends if they get too drunk, which happens very often. But I do love going out and to parties, being sober isn't terrible!
