Below is the urban dictionary for marie biscuit. I googled marie biscuits and it pulled up soggy marie, which btw does sound gay but i can imagine straight guys doing it too

A game played by males. A group from 3 -10 people stand in a circle and 'choke the chicken'. In the middle of the circle a marie biscuit is placed. The aim of the game is to 'hi cuuum, how are you today?' the fastest because the person that "jizzes" last has to eat the moistened biscuit.
