#27
I hated this Season...

At #27 is SURVIVOR: THAILAND
After reading how poorly this season was received I went into it expecting the show to be terrible, and it was!
The producer's decision to pretend that the tribes had merged by suddenly making them live on the same beach together pretty much ruined the post merge stage. It screwed Shii-Ann over who had flipped sides, as her tribe had worked out what she was planning. We were then left with a bland predictable season, so thanks for that. Douchebag producers.
Towards the end we were left with the most awful people. I hated Helen, I hated Brian, I hated Clay. I found myself supporting Jan in the later stages, but even she was grating on me with her stupid voice.
An interesting development occurred between Ted and Ghandia, where she pretty much accused him of sexual assault. She then began to act like a crazy person, and it became clear she has deep issues from her past. Entertaining, yes. But it took the show down to a level that went further than the game, and took the show to a deeply unpleasant place and now in my mind the season is tainted in a similar way to Big Brother 15.
It didn't help that when I watched this season I developed very bad food poisoning. Now I associate this season with memories of sitting on the toilet vomiting with explosive diarrhea, which is actually quite fitting for a season that bad.
