rewatching tda

Nov 20, 2017 by SexyBar
Alien/Aftermath I/MasterofDisasters/Oceans/Super HERO-LD/PrincessPride/GetAClue/ were great, Chefsnack/Riot/Sandwich/One Flu/FullMetalDrama/3:10/OneMillion/ROCKNRULE/AftermathIII/SpaceOwen/Mutiny were solid, and MonsterCash/BeachBlanket/AftermathII/TopDog were ranging from solid to fine but something felt off about those episodes imo (may gonna give them second watch later). Crouching Courtney, Hidden Owen was... weak, honestly. The finale was also one of the weaker ones.

MILLION DOLLAR BABIES WAS PERF <333333 DIAL M FOR A MERGER TOO <333
The Special is kinda weird in it's firs half but the last 20 mins were pure gold. Sierra/Izzy/Duncney were obvious stars, but mostly everybody were pretty great.

MVPs:
Izzy, Chef Hatchet, Trent/Izzy, Harold/Justin/Heather, Trent, Geoff, Gwen, Leshawna/Duncan/Harold, DJ/Lindsay, Harold, Harold/Justin, Geoff, Heather/Harold/Duncan/Courtney, Heather, EVERYONE <3, Justin, Harold, Geoff/Bridgette/Owen/Heather/Leshawna, Justin/Courtney, Lindsay/Courtney, Lindsay/Courtney, Harold, Courtney, Courtney, Chef Hatchet, Chris/Chef.

TDA Explainations:
15th. Owen - Yeah... what a flop from last season, lol. Owen 2.0 bugs me a lot mostly because it's the weaker side of his humor (aka the fatness and the gross-out) from last season portrayed as pretty much 90% of his character and it was honestly pretty annoying. He wasn't full bad but his return was really not necessary and I'm really pissed he's one of the reasons Harold went home. :(
14th. Bridgette - Honestly other than Owen I don't really see anyone bad in this season and while Bridge wasn't bad she wasn't really good either. Just kind of a boring fodder. She was alright in the aftermaths overall, but nothing exactly special.
13th. Beth - Honestly Beth has #15 for most of the season but I enjoyed some of her moments. My main grip with her is that Lindsay did most of what she did better and that for the most part, Beth is largely forgettable or annoying. Once Lindsay left, she actually did came into her own character and was pretty rootable at the end.
12th. DJ - DJ was mostly a wimp in this season but he had a semi-interesting storyline with Chef and he definitely shined in his great boot episode.
11th. Trent - Trent honestly could have been annoying at times, but he also had a pretty hilarious side I didn't see once. His creepiness could have been hit-or-miss, but I enjoyed him as an early boot with a sad story, even I'm totally Team Gwen! Still, he was fine.
10th. Duncan - Like Owen, totally flopped from last season, but less. My grip with Duncan was the fact that we literally had almost 26 episodes with this guy and more of it was just REALLY tiring. He was hit-and-miss, from his humor, interactions, and Duncney, he was mostly a mixed bag but I lean more to liking him due to being a consistent character.
9th. Gwen - IDK what everybody's fuzzing over Gwen but she mostly remained a likable contestant this season, but also showing "Heroes" can make mistakes and do things wrong. Like Trent, I enjoy her sort-of tragic story and depth for an early boot. Go Team Gwen!
8th. Geoff - Was honestly pretty hilarious in the Aftermaths. I enjoyed his twisted form this time and he's really underrated.
7th. Izzy - Lol, she's actually even funnier this time around and her crazy sprouts of randomness was incredible. She also showed more psychopathy than ever in this season, which was the more enjoyable.
6th. Lindsay - Only ranked this high due to her last few episodes, mostly because I really enjoyed the Lindsay/Courtney conflict and Lindsay becoming "smarter" this season, also liked her various bossy moments with her team.
5th. Heather - Obviously pales when you compare her to her tdi-self, but still a great character non-the-less, when she gets the spotlight that is. Enjoyed her hair-obsession, her being the usual-"odd-man-out", and her protecting Leshawna. She also was hilarious at many points and got actual character development.
4th. Leshawna - Was honestly pretty great just as last season but also showed more depth with the spa lie and like Gwen, that heroes can make mistakes and grow from it, enjoyed pretty much everything about her and don't have anything bad to say.
3rd. Justin - LOL <3 Justin, for the first half of the season was basically a "lolrandomvillain" with some great lines in between, but in his last few episodes, he actually managed to get more character development than most of the cast, learning he doesn't only have to use his looks to get ahead in life. incredible.
2nd. Courtney - Her developing into a hell-sent demon who came to terrorize this cast was what this season needed <3 The only reason she ain't #1 is because Duncney could have been a little too much this time, and not enjoyable like last season. Still, she was a great "love-to-hate" antagonist and was hilarious, like, nearly all the time. She was pretty much the main driving factor of the second season, tbh.
1st. Harold - I don't usually rank "heroic" characters first, and would normally rank Courtney one but Harold shined for like 20 episodes while Courtney had way less time, sadly. Harold was hilarious in basically every episode and had many random, hilarious lines, as usual. His interactions with practically everybody were enjoyable and I can't say anything bad about him.
